WE LOVE KIDS
Our focus at GF Kids is connecting kids with Jesus in a fun, vibrant way. We partner with parents to help kids get and keep God first in their lives. GF Kids exists to share the awesome love of Jesus with kids, and we want kids to discover who Jesus is, learn to follow Him, and share His love with others.
WE offer the following during our 9am service
Moms & Babies room 0-1 years
Twinklers 1-3 years
Sparklers 3-4 years
Lasers 5-6 years
JCrew Grades 1-4
Explosion Element Grades 5-7
We are using Tru curriculum, which helps your child discover their part in God's Big Story. It focuses on responding to and connecting with Jesus, in numerous creative ways. It also puts you as the parent in the driving seat of leading your children spiritually. Our committed team is passionate about helping our kids learn how to live for Jesus. Our kids are encouraged to serve and get involved in the life of the church.
Once a month, we have a preteen youth group, called TRIBE, where we look at issues facing our preteens, and have fun together!
WE LOVE VOLUNTEERS
GF Kids wouldn't exist without the powerful team of volunteers who lead the kids each week. Each of our GF Kids leaders has been through an extensive orientation process and has been screened to work with your child.
Your child receives the best possible care in a safe, child-friendly environment.
WE LOVE FAMILIES
We partner with parents in various ways to help you lead your children spiritually. We have regular family services, and family events. We are thankful that God has placed us all in church families and that we do not have to parent alone.
WHAT HAPPENS ON A SUNDAY MORNING?
If we are in lockdown, you need to book a spot for your family for the service, as numbers are restricted. This can be done from the Home page of our website.
Registration opens at 8.45 a.m. Proceed directly to either the Preschool or Primary School registration areas. All children have a name badge and are registered. If you are visiting, we love to meet your family, show your kids where they will be meeting, and help you as you fill in a registration form. We are following a sanitising and screening process to ensure the health and safety of our members and visitors.
After the service, for safety and security reasons, the parents fetch their children from their rooms.
We can't wait to meet your family and come alongside you to help your kids develop a faith in Jesus that sticks.
